
David has over 35 years of residential and commercial experience as a construction professional in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. As an Owner’s Project Manager, David has supervised the construction and development of over 700 units of affordable housing on the South Shore. These projects included three homeless shelters with attached clinics and housing units, the renovation of a former school building for elderly housing which is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the reuse of a historic building renovated exclusively for veterans housing, and the construction of Massachusetts’ first multi-unit home for the deaf.
David grew up on the North Shore in Newburyport Massachusetts where he gained appreciation for the fine architecture and home building located throughout the historic city and surrounding area. He currently resides in New Hampshire with his wife and enjoys spending time with her and his two grandsons. David can often be found studying the Massachusetts State Building Code, zoning bylaws and new construction techniques especially those related to energy efficiency. He is OSHA 10, 30 and 40 certified and earned his Unrestricted Construction Supervisors License in 1993 retaining his certification as a Massachusetts Building Commissioner and an ICC Building Commissioner.
