Harborwalk includes two separate mixed-use, mixed income, transit-oriented developments in East Boston on the waterfront, 125 Harborwalk and Harborwalk Residents.


125 Harborwalk consists of 22 deeply affordable Boston Housing Authority units and over 3,000 square feet of retail space while Harborwalk Residences includes 14 income-restricted and 16 market-rate ownership units.


The project utilized Workforce Housing funds, 4% tax credits, bond financing, Brownfields tax credits, and off-site Inclusionary Development Policy Funds. A member of the Boston Communities team worked on this project while employed by the developer.
