FENNO

One Fenno is a multi-phase, approximately 96-unit, mixed-income residential development located along the Revere and Chelsea city line. The project seeks to transform under-utilized and vacant land into a vibrant, mixed-income community that expands affordable housing opportunities while supporting regional connectivity and neighborhood reinvestment. 

Envisioned as a two-phase development, each phase will deliver approximately 48 units comprising a mix of a mix of studios, one, two, and three-bedroom homes serving households across diverse income levels, with an emphasis on long-term affordability, sustainability, and equitable access.  

The development will be deeply affordable and targeted towards families. In Phase I, over 13% of the units will be for families earning 30% AMI or below and at least 21% of the units will have three bedrooms with another approximately 50% designed as two bedrooms. The development will aim to serve both Revere and Chelsea families with housing preferences for both communities. 

The project is being designed as a Passive-House, all electric, Enterprise Green, and extremely sustainable community. The site is very close to the 111 bus route, which provides direct access to Downtown Chelsea and Downtown Boston. The 111 bus is one of the most frequent and heavily used bus routes in the MBTA system, and the bus on which provides many Chelsea residents with access to employment and education opportunities.
