OLMSTED VILLAGE

Olmsted Village is a 10-acre master plan and the third phase of the former Boston State Hospital site. The project includes six buildings and approximately 269 units, with about 330,700 square feet of residential space and 12,400 square feet of community and program space including a child care center, satellite health care center, and small convenient store.

The six buildings include the Brooke House, a six-story, 127 unit affordable senior housing rental community, the Tree House, a four-story, 60 unit affordable intergenerational apartment community, the Russell House, a four-story, 52 unit mixed-income family homeownership community, a three-story 35 unit mixed-income family homeownership community, and two four-unit market-rate homeownership townhomes .
