MISSION HILL, BOSTON
Pickle II
WinnDevelopment
Pickle II is a transit-oriented, 7-story, approximately 75,000 gross square feet, 66-unit condominium project aiming to provide ownership opportunities for first-time home buyers in the Mission Hill neighborhood of Boston. The project is located 0.4 miles away from the Roxbury Crossing MBTA Orangeline Station and Southwest Corridor bike and pedestrian park and includes a rooftop amenity space, 66 bike parking spaces, and a 24 car podium.
The proposal is the second phase of a 62-unit, mixed-income renovation of an historic pickle factory into 43 units of affordable rental housing, 3 affordable artist work-live ownership units, and 16 market-rate condos. A member of the Boston Communities team worked as a project director with the developer, WinnDevelopment.
