Ritu Choudhary is a recent graduate of the Master of Science in Real Estate Development program at the MIT Center for Real Estate, where she focused on affordable and mixed-income housing, community-centered development, and real estate finance. An emerging real estate development professional, she has a multidisciplinary background in architecture and sustainable real estate development, with over five years of experience across real estate development, architecture, and product strategy in both India and the United States.
Ritu’s role at Boston Communities allows her to apply the financial, analytical, and community-focused frameworks she studied at MIT directly to ongoing projects across Greater Boston. Her academic experience, including coursework in Mixed-Income Housing Development, Real Estate Finance, Sustainable Real Estate, and Real Estate Economics, has strengthened her interest in affordability, public–private partnerships, and the long-term economic resilience of communities.
