Welcome Home Harvard is an environmentally sustainable, transit-oriented, affordable ownership community with 25 family-sized homes for households earning 80% and 100% of area median income. The community spans three different sites, with 13 homes being developed at 77 Harvard Street, 8 homes being developed at 84 Harvard Street, and 4 homes being developed at 94 Harvard Street.  

 

The community includes twelve three-bedroom condos, seven two-bedroom condos, three one-bedroom condos, and three studios for first-time home buyers. The condos are environmentally sustainable with some being fully Passive House certified.  

 

Marketing is anticipated to start around June of 2026 through the Boston Home Center and directly through Boston Communities.
